1. General

1.1 In order to send your curriculum vitae (CV) to our company through our website, www.krikri.gr (the "Website"), as a visitor/user, you must first fill in some fields with information and data characterized as "personal data or "personal information". The Website is the property of our company "KRI KRI SA" (the "Company"). We collect, maintain, store, organize, adjust, use, process, etc. files with personal data (CVs) sent to us by the visitors/users of the Website (the "Processing") and we are the "Controller" thereof. The Processing of your personal data is limited to the strictly necessary for each purpose and it is carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions on their  security and protection.

1.2 As long as you choose to make use of the Website by accepting its terms of use or, as long as you personally communicate your personal data to us by sending you CV, it is presumed that you accept its provisions. In case you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Website and do not send us your CV. We retain the right to modify this Policy whenever we deem it necessary and we invite you to check it regularly so that you are informed of any changes in its content, as well as of how your personal data may be used.

2. Categories of personal data that we collect and collection methods

We collect the information you fill in in relation to your CV (full name, father's name, telephone number, email, home address, city, date of birth, place of birth, family status, driving license for any type of vehicle, types of degrees (schools, etc.), degree grade, participation in seminars) only for the specific purpose. These data that you fill in in the respective fields are sent in the form of a CV to the HR Department email.

3. Personal information for people below 18 years old

We neither search for nor do we collect personal data from people below eighteen (18) years old. If we discover that, by mistake or as a result of being misled, we have collected personal data from people below eighteen (18) years old, we will delete them as soon as possible.

4. Transfer of your personal data by our Company

Your personal data are not shared with third parties (other companies or natural persons).

5. Your rights

Throughout the Processing, you can exercise your right to access your personal data and to ask us:

(a) to find out the recipients to whom they were or will be communicated

(b) to correct your personal data (e.g. due to missing or inaccurate data), to delete them from our records, to limit their processing, to oppose/object to their processing

(c) to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data (which cannot be applied in retrospect).

6. Data security

We are totally committed to the security of your data and, in order to achieve it, we apply all modern and suitable, for the Purposes of Processing, technical (indicatively, encryption, anonymization) and organizational measures (indicatively, establishing policies and procedures), the adequacy and responsiveness of which we regularly check. Please note that these protection measures do not apply to the personal data that you choose to communicate to public spaces such as, for example, community websites.

7.1 Use of Cookies on the Website

The Website uses the "cookies" technology. 9. Storing - Maintaining personal data

We store your personal data (CVs) for a time period of two (2) years after their collection, which we consider reasonable for this particular purpose. After this period of time, and as long as you do not ask us to maintain your personal data for an additional time period, we will destroy them in a secure way and without the option to recover them.

10. Legislation - Applicable provisions for personal data security and protection

Wherever there is a reference, in this Policy, to the current provisions on personal data security and protection, we mean REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016"on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data" (General Data Protection Regulation orGDPR as it is usually called), the pertinent implementing law and the relevant decisions by pertinent bodies and authorities, as currently applicable.
