Kri Kri SA took part in the contest for the Chamber of Serres «Business Awards 2009», and was distinguished for its «contribution to employment» and in the category «branded product». With regard to its contribution to employment, the number of workers at Kri Kri has increased over the last 3 years and human resource practices have improved, a fact that reveals yet again the social and human-oriented aspect of the company. Kri Kri won the award as it managed to link its business operation with its respect for people-employees and for society in general. Regarding the 2nd award for the «branded product», the Serres-based Dairy Industry made its product Rodeo more widely available both in domestic and international markets, as well as extending its distribution and sales network. Finally, to advertise and promot e the product, Kri Kri SA concluded a cooperation agreement with the star of pleasure, Sakis Rouvas. This cooperation significantly increased the market share of this particular product.
