Kri Kri is located in northern Greece, in the middle of the fertile valley of Strymonas River and only 3 km away from the city of Serres. It consists of 2 different plants, the dairy and the ice cream production plant, all operating with state-of-the-art machinery.
Yogurt Production
Our ultramodern yogurt production plant consists of fully automated production lines, strictly isolated from external conditions, all fully controlled using X-Ray inspection systems. We produce all different types of Greek yogurt. We daily ensure minimal processing of the fresh milk we collect and make sure that we seal all of its nutrients in our yogurt pots within 24 hours.
Ice Cream Production
The ice cream production plant is equipped with state-of-the-art production lines, which allow for an annual production capacity of 100 million servings during the ice cream season. It consists of fully automated production lines for all types of ice cream: ice cream on a stick, cones, cups, family size ice creams and professional size ice cream packages. All ice creams are hardened at -40οC and stored at -25οC in refrigerated warehouses of new eco-friendly technology.
Quality Control Laboratory
We have established an acknowledged quality control laboratory, well equipped and qualified personnel to implement the strict quality control procedures. Moreover, we have been certified by the appropriate authorities according to ISO standards for the Quality Management and according to ISO , BRC and IFS standard for the Food Safety Management Systems we implement daily in all production lines in order to secure the hygiene, safety and quality of each of our products.
